Mouse Trap

I made this mouse trap to catch a mouse in my house. It later served as a simple example about triggering events with motion detection for a class of students.
The mouse trap catches the mouse alive, it uses a camera to detect the mouse and triggers a solonoid on the right moment. Made with Max/MSP.

8 video channels

Software and Hardware design for a 8 screen interactive video installation. The installation runs on one computer with 4 video cards with 8 video outputs in total. Completely synced playback of the video. Controlled by two max-msp/jitter patches that allow super fast switching of the video sources. A fire wire webcam is used to detect movement and determine interaction.

Telephone Sound Database

The vintage telephone is modified and connected to a software patch.
The visitor in the one person theater piece hears spoken choice menus (56 audio files) when picking up the Horn, by pressing the dials on the phone the visitor navigates through the menu's that construct a storyline. A radio suddenly starts to play in the room when a certain choice is made. The events and sound database are controlled by the software.
